One of the Kawakitake Castle ninjas. His name isn't actually his own—it's more like a title that all the ninjas from Kawakitake Castle share. Same deal with the face: it's basically a standard-issue disguise that the whole team uses. So there's no real way to tell these guys apart, which is kind of the point.
