Mrs. Katsura is the adoptive mother of Yukiji and Hinagiku. She's clearly got a soft spot for Hinagiku, and she's also weirdly attracted to Hayate—mostly because of his pretty-boy looks. Her favorite hobby seems to be trying to dress him up in Hinagiku's hand-me-downs, which mortifies Hinagiku every single time.
