Aizawa Junichi
Aizawa served as class rep for the entire ten years of his schooling, widely recognized for his natural leadership abilities. He basically fell into the role when Handa—who'd been nominated while literally napping—immediately stepped down after being chosen, leaving Aizawa to take over the position. He ended up sticking with it for the long haul.
