Kichou Mimori is a Hiiragi Academy student who works as a scout, helping Koyomi identify promising students and teachers for admission to the main campus. She's best known for her sharp newswriting abilities—so much so that Junichirou nicknamed her "Blogs Girl." The name stuck, though it's not hard to see why given her talent for digging up and crafting stories.
