Despite seeming genuinely kind and upbeat on the surface, she's got a strict side that comes out when someone breaks the house rules, and residents definitely know not to mess with her when she gets like that. Oh, and she's Ritsu's grandfather's sister, which explains some of the family connections in the complex.
