He ruled the Misurugi empire and fathered three children: Julio, Ange, and Sylvia.
His reign came to an abrupt end when Julio, his eldest son, publicly exposed Ange as a Norma during her baptismal ceremony. The shock triggered a heart attack, and things only got worse when he learned that his wife had died protecting Ange. Whether he'd known about Ange's true nature before that moment remains unclear. Regardless, Julio had him restrained and eventually executed.
