A squire serving the Kingdom of Orvelia. He's haunted by his past—he watched demons slaughter his parents during an invasion of his village, and later saw his sword teacher assassinated. That trauma has left him terrified of losing anyone close to him. The loss drove him to track down Clause, a sworn brother from his orphanage days, who vanished while on some expedition and never came back. Finding him has become something of an obsession.
