Akina Myoudou
Akina's the responsible type—he basically raised his younger sister Hikari because their dad's always working. Hikari's never been in great health, so looking after her falls on him. He doesn't seem to mind it, though; that's just who he is.
His whole world shifted when he met Gabwelius, this weird flying creature that showed up out of nowhere. That encounter got him hooked on Vanguard, and before he knew it, Gabwelius threw him into the Fated Clash alongside five other Cardfighters. It's the kind of thing that changes everything—especially for someone who was just trying to keep his head down and take care of his sister.
