Student council president at Asakusa Girls High School. She joins Rin Namiki's Jet Racing Club as their fifth member to get it officially recognized—mostly because she's got a personal vendetta going. Fumika's ashamed of how she's treated as a lesser member of the Kaguya branch family, and she wants to see Rin and Misa take down Kaguya Shishuuin to settle that score.
During races, Fumika stays on the sidelines cheering the team on rather than competing herself. She's basically the hype person, constantly encouraging Rin and Misa to win and defeat Kaguya.
