Ryouko is Atsushi's ex-girlfriend. The two of them still bicker a year after they broke up because Ryouko felt that he didn't prioritize her, while he still resents her for wanting expensive gifts. Although she initially tries to get back together with him, Ryouko ends up becoming Atsushi's confidante after finding out that he's in love with Toshihisa.
