Potcha and Mondai were a duo of imposters who attempted to sneak into Konohagakure. Desperate for recognition back home, they'd supposedly spent months developing what they called a "disguise" technique—though the results speak for themselves. Both came across as pretty dimwitted and goofy, a matching pair in that regard.
Their signature move involved strapping on football helmets and rushing at opponents at high speed, but nobody ever got to see what it actually did since they got shut down before pulling it off.
