Lizzy showed up in "A Bout With Sprout" as a student at Earl's Pokémon Academy. She first grabbed attention trying to get Pikachu to play with her, which turned into a quick argument with another student named Zackie over who got to hang out with him. During class, she sat near Zackie and was clearly into hearing Ash talk about his Pokémon battles. Later on, she was with the rest of the class when they visited Sprout Tower, though they had to bail out pretty fast when smoke started building up inside.
