The younger half of the idol twin unit Twinkle Bell, Satsuki's basically the prankster of the pair—always scheming up his next bit of mischief and doing things his own way. He can be pretty mean-spirited about it, honestly.
That said, he completely flips when it comes to his older brother Mutsuki Kururugi. Satsuki's got a serious brocon thing going on and hangs on Mutsuki's every word, taking his advice without question. The two are basically inseparable, constantly reminding people that they're "a two-in-one package." They're together pretty much 24/7.
