Risa
Risa is best known for appearing in Gosenzo-sama (Honored Ancestors). The story kicks off when she loses her memory completely while walking home from school one day—no warning, no explanation. She can't recognize her family or friends, can't remember anything about her own life. Things get darker from there. Anxiety sets in pretty quickly, and then she starts seeing a massive caterpillar following her around. It's unclear if it's real or a manifestation of her fractured mind, but either way, it becomes a constant, unsettling presence in her life.
