Usuta-san works as a butler at Itsuki's house, helping out him and his friends with whatever they need. He apparently started the job not too long ago, at least according to Itsuki himself—who's also noted that there's something a bit unsettling about the guy, though he doesn't elaborate much on what exactly makes him "slightly eerie."
