Jisuk Yoo is best known as one of South Korea's most formidable teenage awakeners. He's the younger brother of Jiyoung Yoo, who leads the Shinhwa Association, and he's inherited her talent for Aerokinesis. In terms of raw power among his peers, he's right at the top—only a handful of other teenage awakeners in the country can match him, including Wooin.
He attended the Awakened Academy as Shinhwa Association's representative, which pretty much cemented his status as one of the most important young talents in the awakener scene.
