Son of the British noble Robin Mask, Kevin grew up under an iron fist—his father demanded constant training, studying, and exercise with no room for rebellion. At eight years old, he'd had enough and bolted, landing in the d.M.p. where he trained as an Akugyō Chōjin (evil superhuman). That's where he first crossed paths with Scarface, who became both his training partner and rival.
Everything changed after watching Tel-Tel Boy and MAXman get destroyed by Mantaro. Kevin walked away from the d.M.p. entirely and became a lone wolf, refusing to pick a side between good and evil—though he'll still help out the righteous types when it counts, especially Mantaro, his greatest rival. Deep down, he's got a real sense of honor, even if he doesn't advertise it.
By the time the Chōujin Olympics: The Resurrection rolled around, Kevin was ready to compete. His manager Croe (secretly Warsman in disguise) trained him up, and he steamrolled through the tournament. The manga has him winning the whole thing in an incredible finals match against Mantaro, while the anime version shows him losing instead.
Kevin's covered in a Spider-Web Nest tattoo across his back dating back to his d.M.p. days—it's a running record of every Chōujin he's beaten, and he keeps adding to it. He's got his own version of the Kinniku clan's Kajiba no Kuso Djikara called Maelstrom Power, and he's placed first in the manga's popularity contests twice.
