Wright
Wright shows up in Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail, one of the original video anime that expanded the series beyond the main storyline. He's only around for a handful of episodes—specifically episodes 1, 3 through 5—so he doesn't exactly get a ton of screen time.
As for what he looks like, the series doesn't really go out of its way to describe him in detail, which is pretty typical for minor characters in the show. He fits into the story without being particularly memorable in terms of appearance.
