Kure Fusui is an assassin working for the legendary Kure Clan—and notably, the younger sister of Kure Raian. Since the Kengan Annihilation Tournament wrapped up a couple years back, she's taken on the role of go-between for the Kure Clan and the Kengan Association, basically making her the public face of their partnership.
