Aiko is Futaba's best friend and basically her biggest cheerleader. Futaba's got this whole thing about not hanging around boys, and Aiko's totally cool with it—she's right there supporting her no matter what. It's kind of funny because Aiko herself isn't into bugs or fish at all, but that doesn't stop her from hyping up Futaba's fishing trips with genuine enthusiasm. She just genuinely backs her friend in everything.
