Magical Cat (real name Lara Tchaikoskaya) was one of three rookie heroes who debuted on Hero TV in N.C. 1980, and at 14, she was the youngest of the bunch. Her NEXT ability lets her manipulate water, which she channels through a wand—a choice that fits perfectly with her magical girl aesthetic. In fights, her water powers mesh well with her partner Dragon Kid's electricity and Blue Rose's ice attacks.
Despite being driven into heroics by her mother's pushing, Lara stays upbeat and genuinely wants to become the best hero possible. She's partnered with Pao-Lin Huang (Dragon Kid), who held the title of youngest hero before Lara came along.
