Seiryuu
Seiryuu is one of the Four Gods protecting Japari Park, based on the Azure Dragon from Chinese mythology. She's a Guardian Beast tied to the Four Symbols of the constellations and first appeared in the original Kemono Friends mobile game before showing up briefly in Youkoso Japari Park and getting mentioned in the 2017 anime.
