An old adventurer who shows up in episode 1 to save Yuuki and his crew from monsters lurking in the sea forest. Not much is known about his past, but he's clearly experienced enough to handle himself in a fight. Fans mostly remember him as the guy who pulled the group out of a tight spot early on, though he doesn't stick around long after that.
