Maegami-chan is a recently graduated high school student known for being solid across the board—good grades, solid athlete. She was in the tennis club and actually had the chops for it. The thing most people notice about her right away is her long blonde hair with those thick bangs that basically cover her eyes, which is where her name comes from.
She happens to live in the same apartment complex as The Salaryman and Kouhai-chan, so their paths cross pretty regularly.
