Mizuha Banouin is one of two Dominions representing the Ninth Region Yesod. She technically holds the title, though she's really being guided by her deputy Rinemu Kirari, who does a lot of the actual work.
As a stylish idol, Mizuha has cultivated this image of someone who's got it all together. It's mostly for show though. Behind closed doors, she gets pretty stressed about the whole Dominion thing—honestly, she only took the job in the first place because she owed Rinemu a favor from her debut. Her older sister Kareha used to give her grief about it, especially when Mizuha got a bit too childish for the role.
