Fujino contributes 4-koma strips to the school newspaper and is pretty accustomed to getting compliments for them. She's got a bit of an attitude about it though—she tends to dismiss other students who are into manga, convinced her own work is just better. That confidence gets shaken when her classmates compare her stuff unfavorably to another student's, calling hers "average" by comparison. The hit to her ego actually motivates her, and she becomes dead set on leveling up her skills.
