Shourei Nouzen
Shourei was Shinei's older brother—a decade ahead of him in age. He started out as a Processor fighting the Legion on the Eastern Front, but eventually got assimilated into the Legion itself and turned into a Shepherd. It's a pretty grim fate that shaped a lot of what happened with his younger brother down the line.
