McQueen is an inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison working as a janitor. Whitesnake gave him a Stand called Highway to Hell through a Stand Disc, and he's become obsessed with the idea that his death is somehow connected to Ermes Costello's. He's repeatedly tried to kill himself, seemingly convinced that his suicide is tied to her fate.
