Mana's an active DJ who spends most of her time performing gigs in America. She comes across as this cheerful, easygoing type with tons of friends—the kind of person who has that elegant "cool older sister" vibe. But there's more to her than that surface charm. She's surprisingly assertive and blunt when she needs to be, not afraid to speak her mind. Outside of music, she's really into the outdoors; solo camping is basically her favorite thing.
About eight years back, she formed a DJ unit with Amano Airi, Himegami Shano, and Takao Toka. The four of them blew up pretty quick, became hugely popular. But creative tensions started pulling them apart, and eventually the whole thing fell through. Out of that fallout came Scarlet Canary, which operates as an underground campus unit and has kept the momentum going.
