Migihashi shows up in New Prince of Tennis as a 2nd Stringer at the U-17 Camp. In the anime, he's basically the top player and captain of the 2nd Court—the strongest one there. The manga treats him a bit differently, just listing him as one of the players picked to face off against the 1st Stringers' Top 10.
The thing fans often note about his game is that his right side is basically impenetrable. Opponents have a hard time actually scoring points on that side of the court.
