Kall-Su is best known as one of the Four Divine Kings serving the Dark Rebel Armies. He used to be Dark Schneider's closest ally and right-hand man before their eventual falling out. As a sorcerer, he's formidable—his command of ice magic puts him on equal footing with Dark Schneider himself.
His main goal is creating what he calls a "Sorcerer's Kingdom," basically a utopia run entirely by magic users. To pull this off, he invades the four kingdoms and works to resurrect Anthrasax, the God of Destruction. It's a pretty ambitious plan, and fans often note it reveals a lot about his idealism, even if his methods are clearly destructive.
