Shinkohyou is a wandering youkai sennin trained under Taijou Roukun. He's best known for wielding the Raikouben, widely considered the strongest super paopei in existence.
What makes Shinkohyou interesting is that he doesn't really pick sides. He drifts between conflicts, following his own aesthetic sense and occasionally poking at situations just to see what happens—basically stirring the pot when things get boring. Fans often note his unpredictable nature makes him both compelling and frustrating as a character.
He's also one of the rare few who's aware of Jyoka's existence, which hints at knowledge or connections most other characters lack.
