Puchidol Biography
General Traits
This puchidol is fundamentally shy and easily scared, but don't let that fool you—it's surprisingly tough when it needs to be. It's famous for digging holes everywhere, even straight through concrete floors, which it then uses as safe spots to nap or just chill out and observe what's going on around it. It's also partial to sleeping in cardboard boxes, though it has a habit of waking up in an absolute panic and immediately starting to dig through the floor in a frenzy. Tea and takuan are its go-to comfort foods.
Seasonal Behavior
Come winter, this puchidol grows a fluffy tail like a tanuki's. Unlike the rest of its kind, it actually prefers having its tail brushed over its regular hair during the cold months.
Communication
It mostly gets by with cute vocalizations—"Po!", "Pui!", "Pau!", and similar sounds. Sometimes it'll grab a toy trumpet to mix things up, and it's also learned to communicate pretty clearly just by wagging its tail.
