Kokuton Shuu is one of Kouen Ren's household members. He's got a distinctly animal look—built like a bull with a wild, lion-like mane, a tail, and fur covering his whole body. A pair of horns juts out from either side of his head. He dresses in traditional Kou clothing and sports a shoulder guard on his right side, with the Kou emblem emblazoned across his chest armor.
