Guenael Lee is actually a creation of Gremmy Thoumeaux's The Visionary ability—a fabricated Sternritter with the designation "V - Vanishing Point" who most people initially mistook for a real member of the Wandenreich.
Physically, he's a short, elderly-looking guy with distinctive features that make him hard to forget: big, wild hair, a perpetually open mouth showing off large teeth, disproportionately stubby legs, glasses, and a lazy right eye. He's got this weird head adornment attached to four points on his face. His outfit is basically a modified Sternritter uniform—a hooded trench coat that fits the aesthetic.
His whole fighting style revolves around psychological warfare. He vanishes and reappears at will, taunting opponents while they can't even see him. Fans often note that he's petty and judgmental, quick to make cutting comments about people's looks—he was especially nasty toward Yachiru, calling her a "wild brute" and fixating on her hair and appearance.
During the Wandenreich's second invasion, he caught up with Isane Kotetsu and Yachiru while they were treating wounded soldiers. Invisible, he started messing with Isane, asking taunting questions she couldn't even locate. When he finally materialized behind her and grabbed her, Yachiru threw a punch—but he vanished the instant she made contact, which threw her off completely. He kept attacking her and laughing the whole time, eventually revealing his name and power.
