Nishimiya Grandmother
Shouko and Yuzuru's grandmother on their mother's side. She's the steady, caring presence in their lives—especially after their father took off and their mom had to work constantly to keep things afloat. She basically raised the kids during those years, handling most of the day-to-day stuff.
She's the one who gave Yuzuru her first camera, which became pretty important to her. Beyond just looking after them, she tries to help bridge the gap between Yuzuru and their mother, gently reminding Yuzuru that their mom's doing her best for both of them, even when things are complicated.
