Wakasa
Wakasa's a merman who shows up in Tatsumi's life after literally inviting himself into the guy's bathroom—turns out the shallow, polluted river he was stuck in wasn't cutting it anymore. He's all about taking advantage of Tatsumi's hospitality and honestly doesn't mind being pampered at all.
The thing about Wakasa is he's got basically no knowledge of how human society actually works, which makes sense given, you know, the whole fish situation. He picks things up pretty easily though, maybe too easily—he's super impressionable and tends to just go with whatever he learns without much critical thinking. He's carefree to the point of being kind of tactless sometimes, and he's definitely not the shy type when it comes to accepting free room and board from someone who's way too nice to tell him no.
