Jurai is the main protagonist of Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de and a member of his school's Literature Club. His superpower, "Dark and Dark," manifests on his right hand.
He's a tall teenager with black hair and green eyes. His typical look consists of his school uniform—red coat, white shirt, blue tie, white pants, and light brown shoes. When he's about to use his ability, he usually rolls up the sleeve on his right arm to the elbow.
Personality-wise, Jurai's a goofball. He's got a pretty severe case of chuunibyou syndrome, which means he constantly slips into his own delusional world—much to everyone else's frustration. That said, his goofy nature has made him surprisingly easygoing and accepting of other people's quirks. When he first got his powers, he was thrilled about it, even though he admitted they're not exactly useful. Still, he loved having them anyway, because what guy wouldn't want superpowers?
