Her strict reputation is well-earned; in the first episode alone, she hunted down PriTickets from elementary students using a special vacuum cleaner named Rina, sniffing them out with impressive accuracy even from kids who'd left theirs at home.
What makes Gloria interesting is the contradiction between her severity and her gullibility. She's got an oddly specific supernatural ability to detect PriTickets by smell, which she uses to enforce her ban on elementary students becoming idols at PriPara.
