Zonge is a Bishoku-ya who tags along with Toriko and Komatsu early in their journey toward Gourmet Fortune. He's basically there for laughs—a cowardly, fumbling guy whose nervous energy makes for a pretty funny contrast with Toriko's laid-back confidence in dangerous situations.
Despite being one of the weakest hunters out there, Zonge has an almost ridiculous amount of luck that somehow keeps him alive in places that should definitely kill him. He fights with an axe and has an oddly nerdy way of describing his abilities using RPG terminology.
His weird talent? He can shock the Surprise Apple all the way to level 80 just by farting. For context, that puts him in pretty exclusive company—only Ichiryu (level 95), Midora (around level 90s), and Jiro (level 92) have ever pushed it higher. He's also somehow immune to the stench of Dodurian Bomb, a smell so foul that literally everyone else on the planet finds it unbearable.
When it comes to his full course menu, Zonge completely misses the point. A Gourmet Hunter's menu is supposed to represent their life's work and their skill level, but his is mostly just. common stuff you could order at any low-end restaurant. He doesn't seem to get that at all. The only thing he's actually proud of is that it's complete, with Garara Gator as his main dish—and honestly, he probably picked most of these ingredients just because they were easy for him to track down.
