Chilled is the main villain of Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock. He's basically what you'd get if Frieza were somehow even more brutal—he'll casually kill his own men if they're inconveniently standing in his path. Beyond the cruelty, he's got this arrogant, almost childish streak that makes him unpredictable and genuinely unpleasant to be around, even by tyrant standards.
