He's one of three agents dispatched by Al Thamen. This guy's basically a walking matchstick—tall and lanky—and he fights with a rapier-style Dark Metal Vessel he uses to spawn shadow doppelgangers. What sets him apart is that he's genuinely skilled with a blade, nearly on par with Sharrkan himself, which makes him a serious threat rather than just another mook with magic powers.
