A short cop who works in Penguin Village alongside his partner Pagos. He's best known for constantly getting caught in the crossfire of Arale's antics—their police car seems to have a permanent target on it whenever she's around. The two officers are basically inseparable, always paired up on patrol, which means he's regularly dragged into whatever chaos the android girl creates, usually through no fault of his own.
