Midori
A kindergarten teacher in the neighborhood who's genuinely nice to everyone around her. She's best known for her kindness, which makes her pretty much universally liked—except when it comes to one thing: she absolutely can't stand the local panty thief who keeps plaguing the area.
Happosai has a thing for her, and he's actually tried to turn his life around because of it. The problem is that his pervy habits are basically hardwired into him at this point, so his attempts to reform never really stick. It's one of the running gags of the series—he wants to be better for her sake, but he keeps falling back into old patterns.
