A third-year student at Military Academy West Japan Genetics and the second-strongest in her class. Elizabeth is best known as the Academy's Reigning Enforcer—basically the leader responsible for keeping the third-years in line and making sure nobody steps out of bounds. Her Volt Weapon, the Stigma Satellite System, consists of a pair of satellite-controlled weapons that fire energy beams.
She's aware that Chiffon Fairchild has been stirring up trouble aimed at Satellizer, though she's not directly involved. Her Limiter is Andre.
Beyond the Academy, her family's got money—they run both a winery and a cosmetics company. When she's not managing her duties, she likes watching movies and grabbing fish and chips. Fair warning though: she really hates being touched on the back of her neck.
