Otoo
Otoo runs the restaurant, though he's rarely around to actually manage it. He spends most of his time traveling, searching for his missing wife. When he does show up at Wagnaria, it's usually just to make sure everything's still standing—and he almost always brings back souvenirs from wherever he's been. Fans often note that his priorities seem a bit skewed, but his staff seems to manage without him most of the time anyway.
