When Sailor Aluminum Seiren snatched his Star Seed, he became the Phage Sailor Artist and went completely berserk at a lakeside campground, trashing campsites and wrecking a movie shoot the Three Lights were working on. Eternal Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars managed to save him, and he eventually settled into a quieter life after that.
Since Kengo never appeared in the original manga, he's considered an anime-only addition to Rei's family tree.
