Jotaro Kiriyama was a wealthy older man who befriended Chibi Chibi and gave her an antique doll as a gift. He later became a target of Sailor Aluminum Seiren, who extracted his Star Seed and transformed him into Sailor Antique. He was ultimately rescued by the Sailor Starlights and Eternal Sailor Moon.
