Saika Magoichi
Third leader of the Saika Faction, a mercenary group that operates on their own terms. She's not motivated by money—if anything, she's picky about jobs, taking only contracts that boost the faction's status and influence across Japan. What sets the Saika apart is the tight-knit loyalty binding its members together.
Historically, "Magoichi" was the title given to whoever led the Saika, and while most records depict the role as male, it could've just as easily belonged to a woman. She's proved that assumption wrong.
Her arsenal is impressively anachronistic: pistols, shotguns, assault rifles, and even a rocket launcher. As Motochika eventually learns, her real name is Sayaka. She carries a serious grudge against the Toyotomi clan, stemming from what sounds like a rough history serving under Hideyoshi—an experience that clearly left its mark.
