Sui
Shop owner and manager of Rokuhou-dou tea house, which he inherited from his grandfather and chose to reopen after leaving his office job. His real name is Kyousui, though everyone calls him Sui.
Sui learned tea-making directly from his grandfather and has become genuinely skilled at it. His tea is known for being unusually calming and smooth to drink, almost unexpectedly approachable despite his expertise. He's also pretty sharp and levelheaded when it counts, though he can come across as clueless at times—it's hard to tell which side shows up on any given day.
The flip side? His cooking is legendarily bad. Like, everyone-actively-fears-it bad. It's almost impressive how thoroughly he fails in the kitchen when his tea skills are so refined.
Outside the shop, Sui's a big cat person. He has a pet cat named Kinako that he picked up as a stray. He's also got a twin brother he's not currently on good terms with, though he'd like to patch things up eventually.
